A leading commercial architectural studio in Dublin city, who work across a diverse range of project typologies, have a new opportunity for creative Design Architect OR Graduate Architect with strong design skills to join the team. The Design Architect will be experienced, talented, and preferably holding membership to the RIAI / RIBA, with proficiency in Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite. They will have a passion for design, demonstrated technical expertise, and familiar working in accordance to current planning and building regulations. As a key member of the team, you will play a key role in conceptual design, detailed design development, as well as construction stages of various projects. Key Responsibilities Develop creative, innovative design solutions Produce detailed design drawings and documentation, ensuring adherence to current regulations, codes, and standards Use the Adobe Creative suite to create compelling visual presentations Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants throughout all project phases Ensure designs comply with planning, building regulations, and sustainability requirements Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews Attend site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of works and ensure design intent is maintained. Work across all stages of projects Key Requirements Registered Architect holding RIAI / RIBA membership desired, however talented Graduate Architects with 4 years+ experience may be considered Proficiency in Revit, including 3D modelling, detailing, and documentation, along with advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator for presentations and graphic work Minimum of 4 years architectural experience working on high-quality design and diverse projects Good understanding of Irish building regulations, planning processes, and construction methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits €55k-€75k doe Generous holiday allowance Annual bonus Flexible working arrangements Travel saver Social club If you are a Design Architect / Graduate Design Architect interested in this opportunity or further architectural vacancies across Ireland, please email your CVtoDeborah Byrne.
