Foreman Civil works, Limerick & Cork, Ireland Location: Primarily Limerick (with occasional travel to Cork) Employment Type: Full-Time | Site-Based Sector: Civil Engineering / Construction Start Date: Immediate Our client is currently seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee civil works on two prison projects in Limerick and Cork. This is a site-based role with approximately 80% of time spent in Limerick, and occasional travel (12 days) to Cork. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil works on-site Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery Monitor progress and maintain programme targets Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and quality requirements Liaise with project managers and site engineers Oversee daily site operations and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a General Foreman on civil engineering projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage teams and drive productivity Knowledge of Irish construction standards and safety regulations Flexibility to travel between Limerick and Cork as required Full Irish driving licence Experience on EU projects.
