What You’ll Do

1. Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, delivering high-quality reporting and strategic insights across funds and strategies.
2. Prepare investor communications, including quarterly updates, bespoke reports, and performance presentations.
3. Collaborate closely with Investment Teams to understand deal specifics and translate them into meaningful client deliverables.
4. Support capital-raising efforts by producing marketing materials, fund data, and tailored analyses for prospective investors.
5. Manage fund flows, including investor drawdowns, distributions, and redemptions.
6. Handle investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
7. Maintain Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and virtual data rooms.
8. Identify opportunities to enhance investor engagement through improved processes and innovative reporting solutions.

What You Bring

1. Recent graduate to 2 years of experience, preferably with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Prior experience or internships in private markets or investor relations is a plus.
