Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction - Ireland

Engage effectively withthe clients D+ B Design Team and wider project stakeholders.

Prepare and issue MTS ( Material Technical Submissions) to the client’s Technical Assessors / Multi- Disciplinary Technical Team ( TA/ MDTT).

Ensure all technical submissions meet project requirements and align with the GWR, SSWR, and contract documents.

Oversee and manage the D+ B Design Team’s submission of Design Documents and Checklists via Autodesk Construction Cloud ( ACC).

Coordinate and attend site- based First- of- a- Kind ( FoK) and Benchmark Mockups; document attendance, produce reports, and upload records to the CDE.

Review and verify subcontractor and supplier MTS documents, ensuring inclusion of up- to- date CE marking and DOPs.

Contribute to the bi- weekly Contractor Progress Reports, including updates on design submissions, RFIs, and MTS status.

Manage the end- to- end design development process from concept to construction.

Liaise with architectural teams and specialist subcontractors ( e. g. façade contractors) to integrate and resolve design interfaces.

Lead and document design coordination meetings.

Oversee and coordinate the design of façade systems including curtain walling, glazing, cladding, brickwork, etc.

Review and manage subcontractor drawings and ensure alignment with the overall design.

Monitor and manage design workflows and document control through Autodesk platforms.

Collaborate with M& E, structural, and architectural teams to address clashes and technical challenges early.

Track and manage the status of RFIs, submittals, and approvals in line with the construction programme.

Coordinate with architects and clients on material selections, mock- ups, and sample reviews.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and relevant façade and construction standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and AutoCAD.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and technical specifications.

Experience working in regulated environments.

Self- motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
