About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Locum Sonographer to join our team in Cork. You will perform a variety of ultrasound scans, support patients, and help maintain a smooth workflow in our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities

Perform obstetric, gynecological, and 3D/4D Pregnancy scans.

Prepare patients and explain scan procedures.

Complete electronic transfer of images to patients.

Assist in training other sonographers when requested.

Monitor and report low supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of scan rooms and equipment.

Perform other duties relevant to the role as required.

Requirements

Registered sonographer with experience in obstetric and gynaecological scans

Competent in 3D/4D scanning

Background in nursing or radiology with NMBI registration

Strong communication and patient care skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Organized and detail-oriented
