Overview Graphic Designer role at Inspired Selection. Based in Dublin 12, Ireland. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to impactful, high-quality design projects, particularly for large-scale print publications such as books and educational resources.
You'll work closely with production and editorial teams to deliver materials across a range of formats, including book interiors, covers, promotional content, and more. A strong understanding of layout, typesetting, and visual storytelling is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities Designing, layout and typesetting large book files to exacting standards
Designing book covers, publicity, posters and other media as required
Managing multiple projects and timelines, ensuring consistent file organisation and version control
Collaborating with colleagues and responding to feedback effectively
Keeping up to date with design trends and educational best practices
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a similar design role including layout of books
A strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to quality
