This position combines retail responsibilities with fish processing tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their seafood selections and provide knowledge about different fish types and preparation methods. - Process and prepare seafood, including filleting, gutting, and portioning, while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and processing areas. - Stock shelves and display cases, ensuring products are fresh and attractively presented. - Handle cash registers and process customer transactions accurately. - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations. - Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
