Software Tester (Accessibility) We are working with a reputable company who specialise in assisting businesses in making their products more digitally accessible for users. They are looking for an experienced QA tester with accessibility testing experience to work on an upcoming project for 6 months with a possible extension of up to one year. This will be a daily rate contract role with a daily rate of €450 per day and a hybrid working model (2 days per week on site at your discretion). Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all cycles of testing and maintain up to date test cases after the desired changes have been made Work as part of a multiskilled team in regards to the test preparation, execution, data and tool usage Ensure the efficient resolution of issues by detecting any concerns prior to the resolution process Create and deliver test reports to management team for review and approval Requirements: At least 3 years proven accessibility testing experience Hands-on experience with accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and tools like Axe, WAVE, browser dev-tools / accessibility extensions).Mobile/Web/App expertise Solid understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines, especially WCAG 2.1/2.2 Ability to work with a multi skilled team in order to test and work through issues whilst creating solutions that meet the desired project outcome Experience conducting usability testing with real users, including people with disabilities; ability to create and maintain accessibility audit reports and compliance documentation - desirable I specialize in recruiting for Software Testing, if you wish to discuss this or other Software Testing opportunities, please feel free to contact Rachel for a confidential chat.
