As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and assist in resolving any relevant issues. The main goal of this role is to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary contact for our clients, maintaining consistent communication to ensure satisfaction
- Implement strategies to retain clients, minimising account churn through proactive client engagement and support
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing new products, services, or features
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients/' needs are met efficiently
- Ensure all complaints and concerns are resolved in accordance with compliance and regulations
- Support the conversion of potential leads into active clients through collaboration with internal teams
- Provide detailed reports on client activity, performance, and satisfaction to senior management, offering insights into market trends and client needs
- Regularly gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and support
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client retention rates, trading volumes, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 4+ years in a similar role within the industry
- Computer literacy with good command of Google apps
- Proven client relationship experience in the financial industry
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as market volatility and client disputes, with a calm and professional demeanour
- Familiarity with trading platforms, trading instruments and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly and efficiently
- Languages: Native Japanese and fluency in English; any additional language will be considered an advantage
