Evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and guidance for career development Experience you need: Management experience in a manufacturing setting with knowledge of press brake and roll forming. must have previous management experience. knowledge of metal fabrication processes and machinery. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to improve production. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
