## Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for Vantage TowersDublin, IrelandReporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Legal Counsel will lead and manage the Vantage legal team across all business functions and programmes, advising on all general legal issues, providing strategic input and guidance in all business-related matters including but not limited to, risk, corporate, competition, employment, commercial, compliance and conveyancing:•Managing the day-to-day activities of the legal team, providing strategic input as part of the Senior Management Team and supporting Group Legal Function where necessary •Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising the business on all key commercial contracts and other documents, including property documents, NDAs, master service agreements and procurement agreements. •Promoting best practice and process reviews including updating existing template documents such as landlord agreements, customer agreements, framework agreements and other commercial contracts •Supporting and management of legal risks across the company •Reviewing, refining and designing all necessary and appropriate policies and procedures •Leading Vantage’s Company Secretarial function, including preparation of key approval documents •Leading legal compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices •Deal with disputes and advising the business in respect of contentious matters or litigation. •Liaising with external law firms for specialist property or litigation legal advice. •Providing legal advice on privacy, technology, compliance, GDPR, and employment issues to the senior management, business teams or Vantage Group’s Central Legal Team as required.## **Who you are**•Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE with experience in the areas of conveyancing/commercial property and property related litigation ideally with a blend of private practice and in-house experience. •Previous telecommunication industry experience is desirable but not essential •Strong drafting skills and competency in relation to all types of commercial contracts, including property related legal documents •Excellent communication skills •Excellent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills •Strong commercial awareness •Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills •Planning and organisational skillsWhen you join the Vantage Towers Ireland Team, you will have the chance to grow your career while also experiencing some serious benefitsSome of the benefits that you will receive along the way are:* Competitive Salary* Generous Employer Pension contribution* Flexible working is part of our culture where your hours can facilitate your personal work-life balance* Free Phone Bill – When you join the team, your phone bill is on us You will also receive mobile phone purchasing discounts* Learning and Development – We provide extensive training to all of our employees so they can progress in their careers* Free ParkingWe are passionate about our employees Here at Vantage, we want you to bring your whole self to work and we enable this with our progressive workplace policies.
