You will have a significant role in developing and influencing procedures and processes to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of your functional area. You will manage, oversee, and develop the strategy for this growing area within HEAnet.

You will identify and implement a skills and certifications matrix to ensure that team members are equipped with relevant skills and certifications required.
