An ideal opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing.
Role
The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents. Ensuring all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded. Leading and managing an enthusiastic team. Ensuring the development of policies, programmes, and evidence-based practice consistent with standards (HIQA) and standard policies within the nursing home.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing
3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment
Significant management experience
Excellent people skills
Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Computer Skills
Experience Required
Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred)
Nurse Management: 1 year (Preferred)

From: €24.00 per hour to €27.50 per hour.
