We ensure all our Collection Analysts receive all the tools, trainings, mentoring and coaching from our team leaders to make this role a rewarding one. As a member of the BPO team based in Dublin city-center, you will manage a portfolio of end-customers, outsourced to Sidetrade, in B2B and/or B2C environments. You will work together with Sidetrade’s clients to accelerate the overdue payments and reduce aged debt. We’re looking to hire a Collection Analyst, for a permanent contract or fixed-term contract (6 months minimum) in our office in Dublin. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Cash Collection Team Leader. What we are looking for: - Ensure that the cash collection activities meet the clients’ requirements - Handle complex customers’ accounts and negotiate payment plans - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions by using Sidetrade software - Monitor accounts and provide reporting on collection activity - Analyze accounts and determine the best collections strategies - Escalate any complex account/situation with a solution-driven approach - Love working towards targets, deliver on goals and meet deadline - Proactive, driven and business-focused - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including a good telephone manner and a professional approach - Good usage in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel) - Autonomy and team-working - Resilient and persistent mindset - All experience levels are considered, ideally with 1 years’ experience in accounts receivable, cash collections, finance, or banking industry (a minimum in customer service or relations can be considered - Fluent French-speaking - A second European language is an advantage, ideally English Within 6 to 12 months, you will be: - An expert in Cash Collection, increase your target and daily activities - Solution-driven and fully autonomous in the basic tasks - Your new colleagues’ coach - Ready to take your role to the next level, have learned and grown than you would anywhere else Local Benefits: - Travel to work or Cycle to work schemes available. - Health insurance from day one - Our Social Club is there to organize some events regularly. - Work flexibility after training period (access to remote working after 2 months of training/service) - 2 cycles of performance and salary review - Fun and relax ‘play-time’ corner for when you need a short break. “Sidetrade is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind: Sidetrade is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
