We are hiring for our client, a dynamic and fast-growing corporate law firm in Dublin, seeking a Tax Solicitor (1–5 PQE) to join their newly formed tax practice. With a strong pipeline of transactional work, this is an ideal role for a solicitor looking to be part of something from the ground up while gaining exposure to complex tax issues across M&A, restructuring, investment funds, and private clients.

The Role:

- Advise on corporate tax, restructuring, and investment-related tax matters

- Support transactional teams on tax elements of M&A and financing

- Provide structuring advice to funds and private clients

- Contribute to tax planning and advisory for domestic and international clients

- Assist with developing the practice and mentoring junior solicitors

The Person:

- Qualified Solicitor (1–5 PQE) with experience in tax law

- Ideally trained in a top commercial firm or tax-focused practice

- Commercially minded, collaborative, and interested in business development

- Exposure to corporate transactions, funds, or private wealth is beneficial
