We are currently seeking either an Assistant Manager or a Manager to join our Tax Advisory team. Your role will involve managing client relationships, leading projects, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse clientele while ensuring the accuracy.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance to enhance their professional development and technical capabilities.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions while minimizing risks and liabilities.
- Identify opportunities for business development and assist in producing proposals and pitch materials for potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research on tax legislation and prepare detailed documentation to support tax positions.
- Collaborate with client accounting teams and other advisory services within the firm to offer comprehensive solutions.

- For Assistant Manager: 2-4 years of experience in tax advisory, preferably within a consultancy or accounting firm.
- For Manager: 4-6 years of experience in tax advisory, with a track record of managing client engagements.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) are preferred.
- Solid understanding tax legislation and its implications for corporate clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and relay complex tax information to clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build client relationships.
- Good project management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
