Chemist

Join a dynamic onsite team in Galway, supporting critical analytical testing for new product development. This role involves working with key analytical techniques to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Perform analytical testing using techniques such as dissolution, HPLC, and chromatography.
- Develop and validate analytical test methods under GMP/GLP guidelines.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
- Support laboratory investigations and root cause analysis.
- Document and report technical findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
- Support training of new team members.

Requirements

- Experience with analytical techniques including HPLC, dissolution, and chromatographic methods.
- Familiarity with GMP and GLP laboratory environments.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
- Effective communication skills to support team collaboration.
- Previous experience in a QC or analytical lab role preferred.
