The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Duty Manager for their well-established property in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual to play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting daily hotel operations. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the management team in maintaining high standards across all departments. You will act as the point of contact for guests and staff, resolving any issues efficiently while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Key Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations across hotel departments. Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Support and lead team members, ensuring smooth handovers and communication. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Assist senior management with staff training, development, and motivation. Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for the property when required. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa or relocation packages are not provided.
