We are looking for a Front Office Manager, who will oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, concierge and Nights team, ensuring that each guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay. Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and warmth at every touchpoint. Room allocations for guests Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Roster management, time management, and hours control. Work in conjunction with the finance department to maintain the management of cash, reconciliation of folios and all accounting. Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance and F&B teams to maintain seamless guest service. Manage department schedules, performance, training, and guest feedback. Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational procedures. Ensure awareness of industry trends and innovation within the sector What we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud). Experience with rosters, budgets, forecasting Professional appearance and demeanour, with a naturally hospitable approach. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest issues diplomatically.
