Breakfast Manager

We are recruiting for a Breakfast Manager to provide quality service to our guests, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards. Who are we? As our Breakfast Manager, you will oversee breakfast service in the elegant George V Dining Room, where guests start their day surrounded by rich panelled walls and sparkling Waterford Crystal chandeliers. This grand setting offers a unique and memorable atmosphere, perfectly complementing the freshly prepared, exquisite breakfast menu. Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Manager will include: Oversee daily breakfast operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. Lead and support a team to deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service. Ensure sufficient staffing, resources, and equipment to meet business demands. Maintain 5-star service standards in line with Forbes and Red Carnatio Hotel standards and internal SOPs. Monitor and manage food and labour costs; maximise revenue opportunities. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently upheld. Coordinate restaurant functions and manage reservations with attention to detail. Promote strong interdepartmental collaboration and team development. The ideal candidate for the Breakfast Manager position should: Previous supervisory or management experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Flexible and able to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. What's in it for you?
