Job Description Summary

Join Novartis as a key driver in shaping evidence that influences healthcare decisions and improves patient outcomes. In this role, you will lead innovative HEOR and Real‑World Evidence strategies that demonstrate the value of our medicines and support access for patients. Your work will directly impact how treatments reach those who need them most, while collaborating with global teams to deliver insights that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HEOR strategies to demonstrate product value and support commercialization activities.
- Integrate economic and quality‑of‑life parameters into Phase II and III development programs.
- Develop core HEOR deliverables, including RWE studies, value dossiers, publications, and economic models.
- Accelerate HEOR project start‑up to reduce timelines and improve efficiency.
- Represent HEOR on cross‑functional teams such as Brand, Clinical, and Value Demonstration Teams.
- Align HEOR strategies with Commercial and Market Access objectives.
- Coordinate HEOR research with country organizations and integrate local needs into development plans.
- Communicate research findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline and a graduate degree in health economics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Proven ability to execute HEOR and RWE strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.
