MNE Planner for Dublin and Europe. The MNE Planner is responsible for the planning, coordination, and scheduling of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects. This role ensures that all MEP work is executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP installations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align schedules and resources. Review and update project timelines based on progress and any potential delays. Monitor the progress of MEP work to ensure it adheres to the project plan. Ensure accurate reporting of the status of MEP tasks to stakeholders. Conduct site visits to verify the accuracy of schedules and work being performed. Prepare and track cost estimations for MEP tasks. Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and resource allocation issues. Maintain and update all project documentation, including schedules and reports. Provide recommendations to optimize scheduling and resource utilization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in MEP planning or project management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Desirable Skills: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2). Experience in large-scale construction projects.
