Deputy Manager

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Cavan to supporting young people in a residential service.

We require residential Deputy Social Care Managers to provide high quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Have a full driver’s license

· Have residential experience working and supporting with young people

· A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area or be CORU Registered or in the process of registering with CORU

· 3 years’ experience of working at social care grade with children.
