Part of a team that will implement the requirements/conditions set out in the sites Industrial Emissions License, Greenhouse Gas Permit and other Environmental Programs. Provide technical assistance for the site's environmental programs, including air emissions, wastewater discharges, soil and groundwater management, surface water management, waste management, and environmental noise control. Ensure that the company adheres to both local and Corporate environmental standards. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of various environmental programs across the site. Assist in implementing the conditions set out in the sites new IED License and Greenhouse Gas Permit and as part of that support the sites environmental sampling and monitoring requirements. Participate in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) improvement projects for optimization, simplification and streamline of EHS processes related to Environmental Programs. Participate in the revision and update of the written programs. Deliver instructor lead training for environmental courses. Inspect the various environmental programs periodically as they develop and mature and ensure they remain compliant with requirements. Role Requirements BSc or MSc in Environmental Science or similar 3 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Previous Experience working with an IED Licence is an advantage.
