Role Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Due to continued growth and secured future contracts, TA Group are growing our Team in the area of Estimating and Quantity Surveying. TA Group are seeking Estimators and Quantity Surveyors at all levels to assist the current team in the delivery of primarily housing projects. An Opportunity exists for a Senior Candidate to lead Business Development of the Quantity Surveying services of TA Group. The role will include Generating initial cost plans for projects based on initial design and site layouts Developing cost plans as the design of projects progress Developing detailed Bills of Quantities as part of an overall Tender Procurement process. Assisting the Project Lead in the Procurement process Reviewing tenders returns and generating Tender Reports for the Project Lead Assisting the Project Lead during the Construction phase of the Project Benefits Hybrid working model with three days at our Head Office in Kiltimagh Co Mayo or attending Weekly Site meetings and two days working from Home. Company Vehicle 24 Days annual leave excluding public holidays 6% of Gross Salary Pension Contribution Salary in line with current Industry levels based on candidates Experience and Qualification
