Position Summary:
The Quality Coordinator will play a key role in the delivery of Arcadis Semiconductor multi-disciplinary projects. The Quality Coordinator will work with the Arcadis Quality Department in achieving and maintaining the ISO9001:2015 Quality Standard for the Semiconductor EMEA Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality

- Collaborating with the Arcadis Quality Dept in the achieving and maintaining the ISO9001:2015 Quality Standard in Arcadis Semiconductor EMEA Operations.

- Assisting in the further development of the Quality Management System with Arcadis Semiconductor EMEA Operations. Maintaining the Quality Management System in a constant state of audit readiness.

- Assisting in the development of the Quality Management System within new operations to achieve ISO9001 standard.

- Assisting in the generating of new quality control operating procedures and work instructions as identified.

- Assisting in Internal audits as required.

- Training to become an Internal auditor and develop auditing skills by completing regular audits with the Quality Manager and then individually.

- Assisting in the preparation of any external audits. Attending as required.

- Assisting in the close out of any non-compliances from audits.

- Communications

- Delivering Quality Inductions to the Irish Operations and monitoring completion dates. Update Inductions regularly with information needed to maintain current.

- Answering Quality & Branding enquiries and finding solutions for nonstandard issues as required.

- Branding

- Will encourage use of Arcadis branded templates and assist in the maintenance of these templates.

- Document Control

- Responsible for keeping Education Matrix master sheets up to date and issuing an Education Matrix to the individuals within the Irish based Operations and monitoring completion dates.

- Assist in development of Quality Training for inclusion on the Learning Management System.

- Filing & tracking GDPR Photo Consent/Withdrawal for Irish Semiconductor Operations.

- Support Doc Control in document naming/numbering conventions and branding.

- Assisting in the development and checking of Project documentation to meet Organisation SOP and WI’s requirements.

- Training

- Will participate in regular training as required to conduct and develop role to meet Quality Dept needs.

- Support Quality Manager in achieving Quality Objectives for the EMEA Semiconductor Operation.

- Support Operations Managers in achieving Quality needs for their individual Operations.

- Working collaboratively with Admin teams in the individual Semiconductor Operations to meet Quality needs.

- Support fellow Arcadis team members across all disciplines in Quality and Compliance.

- HR

- Compliance with all relevant HR procedures and standards.

- Experience and Skills Required:

- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015.

- Previous experience in Quality Management Systems.

- Preferably have some audit experience.

- The ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential.

- Well-versed in Microsoft Office products.

- A friendly-approachable manner.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to help others.

- Self-motivated with the ability to operate without close supervision.

- Good problem-solving and negotiating skills.
