Head of Operations -Personal Lines This is a remote-based role with required travel to Cork and occasional travel across Europe. You will be responsible for performance delivery and customer success. A leading customer experience is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Personal Lines to lead and expand its Personal Lines division. This senior role involves overseeing the delivery of CBI-regulated insurance services within a dynamic, internationally delivered environment. In partnership with peers across Europe, you will foster a strong risk culture that enables the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences. You will engage regularly with clients and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence, while actively supporting the execution of a dynamic transformation roadmapguiding the team toward a blended model of human and digital service delivery. This role sits at the intersection of client success, operational execution, and regulatory assurance, offering long-term career progression, exposure to complex regulated services, and the chance to shape future-ready capabilities in a digitally evolving sector. Requirements CIP, QFA or APA qualified in General Insurance, with at least 3 years experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function (CF1 or CF7). 3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry. Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills. Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology. Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach. Commercially focused with the ability to deliver results. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. In-depth knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
