Role Profile
As Branch Manager, you will report to the Area Operations Manager and be accountable for the commercial performance of the Goresbridge Branch and its impact on the communities it serves. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the branch, including sales, resourcing, inventory management, merchandising, health & safety, and maintaining the retail excellence standards defined for the Agribusiness branch network. You will also collaborate with the Business Managers in your area to drive cross-channel performance by delivering the highest standards of solutions and services to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop future sales strategy for the site to ensure that operating profit is exceeded on an annual basis.
- Manage the branch in line with set annual budgets.
- Develop customer relationships and provide superior customer service.
- Grow sales across all our product ranges in Agri and Retail.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, people, and costs.
- Ensure efficient and timely stock management.
- Ensure the branch presentation is to the highest retail standards.
- Manage all stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders, local advisory committees, etc.
- Adhere fully to all Tirlán policies, processes, and procedures.
- Live the Tirlán Values on a daily basis.
Requirements
- A professional qualification in Agriculture or a related discipline.
- A strong and wide knowledge of all Agri sectors.
- An excellent understanding of retail standards and a keen interest in this area.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems: SAP, EPOS, and Microsoft Office.
