Our client is looking to hire a VP Legal to join their expanding legal team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Negotiation and Project Management: Spearhead the negotiation, project management, and execution of diverse contracts, including leasing, trading, restructuring, OEM procurement, and capital markets.

2. Global Exposure: Engage with the world's largest and most innovative commercial aircraft manufacturers, prestigious law firms, and a global customer base comprising airlines and investors.

3. Collaboration: Collaborate with executive and management teams internally and externally, fostering relationships across the business and with esteemed customers.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in commercial negotiations and transactions within the aviation or related industries.
2. Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex contracts.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Familiarity with the commercial aircraft market, leasing, trading, and capital markets is highly advantageous.
