Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general warehouse duties, hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license, and possess a full driving license. This role involves both warehouse operations and occasional driving or delivery tasks, depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles using a counterbalance forklift
- Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ensuring all products are stored safely and securely
- Assisting with incoming deliveries and checking goods against delivery notes
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized
- Driving company vehicles to deliver or collect goods when required
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

- Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license.
- Full driving license with a clean driving record
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekends if required
