As a New Business Account Executive at Allsorter.com, you will play an instrumental role in fuelling Allsorter.com's growth through new customer acquisition. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who has demonstrated success in new business pipeline development, territory management and thrives in a high volume fast-paced environment. If you're a SaaS Account Executive with a consultative approach to selling and experience promoting customer relationships - this opportunity is for you

You will

- Define a clear sales strategy and structure to identify new opportunities and ensure pipeline is sufficient to over-achieve on quota
- Work closely with our marketing and business development team, contributing to a closely aligned and integrated sales & marketing GTM strategy
- Engage with senior stakeholders in target accounts via phone, email and in person at each point of the sales cycle to ensure deals are brought to completion
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, negotiation/scoping calls, and procurement/legal contract reviews.
- Leverage key partner sales teams and partner market presence
- Run the full sales cycle from discovery to signature
- Be metric-driven with weekly reporting on sales pipeline activities, results vs. forecasts and customer feedback to senior management
- Work with our customer success team to ensure successful deployments
- Willing to travel as necessary

You have

- 2+ years' SaaS B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in HubSpot, other CRM systems, MS Office incl MS Teams, MS Excel
- Excellent presentation skills both digitally and in-person
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a start-up environment - you move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution
- Knowledge of recruitment industry a plus.
