Responsibilities
- Lead line support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Drive equipment/process validations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and technicians; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Influence manufacturing strategy as production expands.
Education & Professional Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related).
- 5–7 years’ medical device or pharma experience, including line support and leadership.
- Strong communicator, calm under pressure, and confident decision-maker.
- Motivated by learning, growth, and making a difference.
