About Us

We are an innovative firm specializing in investment behavioural analysis , helping clients make data-driven investment decisions while mitigating behavioural biases. As we grow, we are looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to ensure a seamless client experience, manage onboarding, and maintain strong engagement with our clients.

About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for client onboarding, service delivery coordination, and engagement tracking. While you won’t be required to perform deep quantitative analysis, you must be comfortable interpreting and discussing quantitative metrics with clients. Your role is to ensure a smooth, data-informed client experience and long-term satisfaction.

This is a part-time role with flexibility in hours, making it ideal for professionals looking for a meaningful role without a full-time commitment.

What You’ll Do

Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of our services.

Establish clear expectations, key milestones, and success criteria.

Track client engagement, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention.

Act as the main point of contact for ongoing client needs and inquiries.

Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Identify and address client concerns proactively.

Maintain an organized CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track client history.

Monitor key engagement metrics and flag risks or opportunities for improvement.

Keep detailed records of previous discussions and upcoming action items.

Comfort with Quantitative Metrics

Understand and interpret key performance and engagement data.

Use quantitative insights to drive meaningful discussions with clients.

Collaborate with analysts or internal teams to ensure clients receive actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

Open to Recent Business School Graduates or professionals with 1-5 years of experience in client success, account management, project management, or related fields.

Strong Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Project Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple clients and track progress efficiently.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools , tracking systems, and digital collaboration platforms.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting quantitative metrics and discussing insights with clients.

Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Ability to anticipate client needs and follow up effectively.
