Quality Analyst – CROATIAN Speaker

Expression of Interest – Join our team at a global tech leader as a Quality Analyst – CROATIAN speaker, where you’ll help improve generative AI tools through smart, human-led data annotation and content refinement.

What You’ll Do:

- Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals
- Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans
- Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements
- Manage quality systems and support operational projects
- Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes

What You Need:

- Fluent in CROATIAN & English (Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))
- Min. 1 Year Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
- Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
- Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
