Role Overview – Content Analyst
In this role, you will review, assess, and classify online content to ensure it meets the platform’s internal policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve cases through a ticketing platform.
- Apply company and client guidelines accurately and consistently.
- Review user-generated content, including material that may be sensitive.
What You Need
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Good understanding of online platforms and digital environments.

- Shift-based work including weekends (with additional allowances for late and weekend shifts).
