We are actively hiring for a Senior Fund Financial Analyst to join our team in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and deep knowledge in fund accounting valuations and ETF administration. You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving complex operational issues, leading business-critical projects, and fostering effective work environments. What you'll do:

- Support the Global Fund Accounting (GFA) Europe Product and GFA ETF Administration teams in achieving daily and ad hoc deliverables.
- Identify and resolve complex operational issues independently.
- Act as a reviewer and escalation point for daily operational duties within the GFA ETF Administration function.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of all procedures.
- Lead business critical projects by completing comprehensive impact analyses, recommending appropriate solutions, and participating in the implementation process.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to senior management.
- Collect and report on VUE metrics, maintain effective controls to mitigate risk, ensure contingency preparedness, support new product launches related to corporate actions accounting.

What you bring:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance) preferred.
- Minimum three years general experience and 3 years industry experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to analyze issues quickly and independently under tight time constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment with multiple business partners and diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational skills with ability to interact with various levels of management.
- Experience in computer applications such as Excel, Access and Word is preferred.
