Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Collate and analyze Fiduciary metrics across Issuer and Investor Services
- Maintain dashboards and issue reports for internal and External stakeholders
- Partner with Risk Management and Front Office to identify and address data quality, completeness of data and timely reporting of Metric
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Support periodic internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inquires through data and reporting documentation
- Assist with automation or streamline of reporting processes as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Some experience in financial services, preferably in securities operations
- Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to execute
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Good understanding of general MS software packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proven ability to execute solutions utilizing own initiative i.e. process re-engineering
- Ability to remain calm & professional at all times
- Demonstrated comprehension of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
