To carry out our mission we are looking for a Sr Customer Success Manager to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

- Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

- Build strong relationships with paid media professionals, performance marketers, and agency leaders across your book of business.

- Lead onboarding, platform training, and enablement on AdTucon's products and policies.

- Act as a performance marketing consultant, offering best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Bonus if you understand Gaming, Casino, or Gambling verticals.

- Identify growth opportunities, lead upsell/expansion conversations, and partner with sales on renewals.

- Represent the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to improve our offerings.

- Proactively monitor account health and campaign performance, stepping in early to resolve issues.

- Drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction by delivering tailored strategies that align with customer goals.

- Maintain clear, regular communication with customers and internal teams.

WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH

- 5+ years experience in customer success, client services, or account management in a digital advertising, SaaS, or agency environment.

- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads; certifications are a plus.

- Commercial mindset with a track record of influencing retention, upsell, or expansion revenue.

- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Empathy and curiosity: you want to understand your customers' businesses and help them win.

- Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a bonus.

- Experience with regulated or high-risk verticals (e.g., gaming, crypto, gambling) is a plus.

- Comfortable with occasional travel to meet key customers or attend events.
