Power Platform Technical Lead As a Power Platform Technical Lead, you will spearhead the development of innovative solutions on Power Platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and harness Power Platform technologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing high-quality solutions that enable our clients to streamline processes, automate tasks, and boost productivity. About the Role: Project Leadership: Direct the development of Power Platform solutions, working with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and design robust solutions. Development: Create and implement custom applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources, maintaining smooth data flow and functionality. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support for deployed Power Platform solutions. Quality Assurance: Oversee and conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client specifications and are defect-free. Documentation: Develop detailed technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to team members, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth. About you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Power Platform Lead, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio. Experience with data modelling, connectors, and integrating Power Platform with other systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
