This role is specific to Apartment Complexes dealing with all common area electrical issues on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, with a strong focus on fire alarm, intercom, and access control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including fire alarm, intercom, and access control systems. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. 4. Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure that electrical installations meet project requirements and timelines. 5. Develop and implement electrical safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. 6. Provide technical guidance and training to junior members of staff. 7. Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. 8. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments in electrical systems. Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician. 2. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. 3. Experience with fire alarm, intercom, and access control systems. (Streetlighting an advantage) 4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. 7. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Certification in fire alarm, intercom, and access control systems.(preferabe) 2.
