Overview
Join us as a Senior Corporate Operations Analyst at Barclays. In this role you will be part of the team that sit in the First Line of Defence. As part of the team, you will complete a number of back-office day to day processing services which support the Corporate Banking client base in Europe. The team have Service management oversight responsibilities for centralised processes. This role is based out of Dublin.
To be successful as a Senior Corporate Operations Analyst you should have experience with:
- Ability to analyse operational processes and complete tasks accurately and promptly.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of operational risk, control environments and ability to identify enhancements to processes.

- Strong team player with ability to work within a busy team, supporting colleagues where required.
- Self-driven and always looking to develop personal skills and experience.
- Relationship building skills with an ability to build trust and confidence within Operations Team and wider bank colleagues.

Purpose of the role
To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
- Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
