The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

This position will be office-based (hybrid) in Dublin.

It’s time to bring your best and make your mark. Join Customer Experience at Personio, using your subject-matter expertise to build relationships with our customers and help them maximize their value every day. Together, we’re solving real problems for real people.

As Customer Onboarding Specialist (d/f/m) you are a crucial part of Personio’s customer experience by driving product adoption and consulting our customers based on their needs during their onboarding phase. Additionally, you will support your colleagues with customer escalations when needed.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

1. Product Adoption: Your goal is to ensure a successful implementation so that your customers feel equipped to start working with Personio.
2. Customer Consultation: You consult customers based on their needs via regular meetings to gain the most value out of Personio.
3. Project Management: You support multiple customers at different stages of the implementation and ensure an efficient process from start until the roll-out of Personio.
4. Product Knowledge: You’re a Personio product expert and answer customer requests during implementation.
5. Quality Standards: You ensure a high quality of the account set-up and a smooth start with Personio.
6. Internal Support: You provide ad-hoc support to new joiners and act as the go-to person for your colleagues by answering their questions about processes and the product, using our knowledge tools.
7. Side projects: You support department-internal initiatives and projects aiming for the smooth flow of our team processes.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

1. You have a proven track record of 3+ years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or B2B/B2C environment.
2. You are a great communicator and fluent in both German and English.
3. You love working with customers and making them happy by anticipating, prioritizing, and solving for their needs during the onboarding phase.
4. You find it easy to handle multiple projects in parallel, and time management is not just a buzzword to you.
5. You are eager to work with our product on a daily basis and become a real Personio product expert.
