Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate To deal with all clients in a professional and friendly manner To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently To adhere to all Company policies including but not limited to Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc. To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment Use of onsite computer systems including Opera, Availpro & ResDiary. Liaise regularly with relevant managers in relation to reservations To attend hotel meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels. To ensure all business standards and reservations plan are followed in line with policies set out.
