Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of successful experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional teams.
- Jira and Confluence Mastery: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with experience in administration considered a significant advantage.
- Certification: Recognised Scrum Master certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Passion for Engineering Challenges: Demonstrated creativity and a genuine passion for tackling engineering challenges, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
