Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist fitout contractor on the appointment of an Estimator Role: Estimator (Fit Out) Duration: Permanent Location: Newry & travel to sites in Ireland Your new role as Estimator: Complete strong estimates of project costs Review potential tender opportunities Assist in completion of tenders Review drawings and specifications Coordinate with client on changes impacting costs. Create BoQs & take-offs Visit sites to understand scopes of work Work closely with QS, Procurement and PM teams. What you'll need to be successful: 3 years experience as an Estimator Strong fit-out experience MRICS Status is beneficial Previous tender experience Degree or higher training in Engineering Architecture or Construction Strong understanding of regulations and standards Ability to travel to sites (full driver's licence) Full right to work in Ireland What's in it for you?
