Project Manager - Contract - Ireland Are you a Project Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? We have a fantastic new vacancy that could be what you’re looking for.
This is your opportunity to work for a high-quality electrical contracting services company, specialising in sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life sciences, and Airports. Our client is now seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin with up to 3 days a week travelling to Europe.
Responsibilities include: Project preparation: Set-up meetings, Site attendance, Client communication.
Inclusion in technical discussions & submittals.
Coordinating with Customers/Clients and design teams.
Managing daily operations of the projects from start to finish, including communication with subcontractors and vendors about issues that may arise.
Maintaining site records for labour, plant, materials, and staff.
Ensuring materials are always available to complete the project.
Maintaining weekly progress reports; managing changes/variations.
Identifying and tracking project risks.
Completing and reviewing all project paperwork.
Strict adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety.
Skills required: Electrical / Construction Industry background & extensive experience.
Experience managing teams of trades staff.
Strong communication skills.
Accurate, detail-oriented, and methodical.
Excellent knowledge of the construction industry, electrical installations, policies, and regulations.
Fluent English speaker.
Experience in Data Centres.
