This is an opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our amazing team that consistently meets the standards.
Purpose We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual. This position offers an excellent opportunity to assist our Accommodation Manager to lead a dedicated team while maintaining the exceptional standards our hotel is known for. Working closely with the team the Accommodation Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a luxury setting.
Responsibilities Assist the Accommodation Manager in leading and developing the Accommodation team to deliver high standards of service.
Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience by upholding luxury service levels and hotel standards.
Collaborate with departments to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills Experience in a similar role within a luxury setting.
Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
