The team is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain core IT infrastructure. The role will focus on servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments while ensuring performance, scalability, and security across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities Acting as technical lead on infrastructure projects (server builds, firewalling, installs)
Providing L3 support for escalated IT issues (Microsoft 365, Azure, SonicWall, Unifi, etc.)
Supporting SMB customers with day-to-day IT needs – from password resets to project rollouts
Installing kit, pulling cables, and setting up on-prem and cloud environments
Working with a wide range of vendors – HP, Dell, Cisco, Checkpoint
Balancing office, home, and customer site work as needed
Requirements Strong technical background across Microsoft 365 & Azure
Hands-on experience with firewalls (SonicWall preferred), Unifi, and server builds
Broad knowledge of enterprise kit (HP, Dell, Cisco, Checkpoint)
Comfortable juggling L3 support and project delivery in customer-facing environments
Driving licence and vehicle (essential for occasional customer site visits)
Certifications are a bonus but not essential – attitude and capability matter most
Benefits Hybrid working: 3 days in the Dublin office (Tues–Thurs), 2 days WFH
Occasional site visits to customers (expenses covered)
