Role: Counterbalance & Reach Truck Driver Salary: €28-32k Duration: Contract Location: South Dublin Hours: Monday-Friday Counterbalance & Reach Truck Driver Leading transportation company based in South Dublin is currently looking to welcome a skilled counterbalance & reach forklift driver to its growing team. To be considered for the role, you must hold valid manual handling and forklift certifications. You will be responsible for operating the reach truck to pick and replenish stock from high racking locations, as well as assisting with stock put-away and general inventory tasks. You will also support outbound operations by packing goods and operate the counterbalance forklift to load goods. Responsibilities: Safely operate the counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse. Use the reach truck to accurately pick orders for dispatch from high racking locations. Work with warehouse management systems (WMS) or other inventory software as needed to track and manage stock. Maintain a clean and organised yard and warehouse environment in line with company standards. Support general warehouse operations, including packing goods and assisting the stock control team. Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Requirements: Counterbalance forklift license required. Reach truck certification is essential. Manual handling certificate is desirable. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
