Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individual care needs. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for a variety of conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Educate and empower patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Requirements Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Registration: CORU registration (or eligibility to register). Experience: Staff Grade: Experience in adult services is desirable but not essential. Senior Grade: A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience with expertise in adult care.
